Location, location, location! CB JENI Homes has just announced a new townhome community in Richardson, Texas. Located just east of the Spring Valley DART Station (click on map below for larger version), these modern townhomes are going to sell quickly!
We met with the builder yesterday and were told that sizes will range from 1300 to 1800 square feet and prices will start in the mid-$140’s! This will include granite counters, site built cabinets and much more.
We hope to have copies of the floorplans and more details in a week or so.

Over the past 10 years or so we’ve seen townhomes make a comeback in the greater North Dallas area. Currently there are a number of new townhome communities being developed. Townhomes make a good choice for those buyers wanting a low-maintenance lifestyle. Typically, the HOA takes care of all exterior maintenance and lawn care. Townhomes are usually multi-story although we’re seeing at least one builder who builds a single-level townhomes.

I was out staffing the on-site sales office at The Enclaves at Willow Crest this weekend. Wendy Leigh, the super on-site sales consultant, was enjoying a few well-deserved days off.
These new-construction townhomes are selling quickly. As I looked at the board, I saw that there is only one completed townhome available and half of the units in the next building are already sold.
The good news is the builder is pouring the foundation for the latest building this month.
